And we're off. Right on time, 2:15PM CT. I am happily ensconced in room #12 of car 0730 (my new favorite). I will be back in Chicago next Tuesday on my way home.

Still finishing some nagging work projects, but I hope to have that done with in an hour or two.

I am definitely the youngest person on this train. It seems to be a senior favorite to travel this way. Conductors are buzzing about "an emergency" on the train. Don't know what's up. Doesn't seem to be a big deal.
